RED CESSNA CAKE

"I just wanted to say a big thank you for the wonderful cake you made Graham's 50th. He absolutely loved it and couldn't believe that you had made the Cessna from sugar paste. It was so impressive that most of our guests took photos of it and took your business cards, so hope you get some orders in the future.

The cake is moist and absolutely delicious. The meringue in the lemon tier was still crunchy and you should definitely add that flavour combination to your repertoire.
